Return Conditions

  2. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
  3. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will provide you with the return address and any necessary instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and send it back to the address provided. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a mistake or defective product.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please email us at sales@astralwnoble.com with your order details. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
